Dubai Creek Harbour
This is an ambitious project located on the shores of the historic Dubai Creek, known for its rich history of pearl fishing and serving as a lifeline for the region. The joint project of Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding is a fusion of innovation and tradition, designed as an eco-friendly development.
Dubai Creek Harbour Infrastructure
The neighbourhood is designed as an extension of the legendary creek. The project is designed to honour the city's urban roots while exemplifying modern architecture and sustainable urban planning.
The location consists of six distinct zones:
1. The Island District.
2. The Sanctuary District.
3. The Retail District.
4. The Urban Core.
5. The Marina.
6. The Residential District.
Each offers unique living and leisure facilities, from luxurious waterfront residences to green parks and vibrant markets.
One of the architectural highlights is The Tower, which is set to become the new icon of the emirate. This monument is designed to surpass the Burj Khalifa in height and is inspired by the natural forms of the lily and minaret. The tower is intended to provide unrivalled views of the city, as well as serve as a beacon for the metropolis.
Real Estate
As a mixed-use development, it combines high-end residential properties such as apartments and villas with commercial enterprises, leisure facilities and open spaces. It is known as a pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood. There are plenty of playgrounds for children, walking areas, and of course cycle and walking paths, and there is easy access to the beach. For families with children it is particularly convenient for supermarkets, cafes, entertainment centers and kindergartens. There are also no problems with medical centers and educational institutions. As the area is close to business centers, the location is ideal for young professionals and investors.
Features of Dubai Creek Harbour
Non-aggresive development is one of the main design principles of the neighbourhood. The project aims to reduce the environmental footprint by adopting practices such as water reuse and energy efficient buildings. Smart, sustainable transport solutions are also a key feature of the harbour landscape.
Situated next to a wildlife sanctuary, the development promotes a nature-friendly lifestyle and offers residents scenic places to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. There are parks, creekside walking paths and serene waterfront views that foster a connection to nature.
