The location consists of six distinct zones:

5.       The Marina.
6.       The Residential District.
Each offers unique living and leisure facilities, from luxurious waterfront residences to green parks and vibrant markets.
One of the architectural highlights is The Tower, which is set to become the new icon of the emirate. This monument is designed to surpass the Burj Khalifa in height and is inspired by the natural forms of the lily and minaret.
